The NEXOS.Group brings together specialized business units under its umbrella, covering a holistic service portfolio for automation, robotics, and defense-related technologies. Each division operates independently, focusing on its core area—yet closely networked to leverage synergies and implement flexible, integrated solutions.

Our structure is deliberately modular – just like our products. This enables us to efficiently meet a wide range of requirements: from the construction of automated production cells to the development of unmanned systems to the provision of a curated marketplace for industrial components. Our technological portfolio is complemented by digital control solutions and targeted investments in innovative startups.

NEXOS.Works is the central operating unit of the NEXOS.Group. Automation projects are planned, developed, manufactured, and commissioned here. The focus is on modular system platforms such as the NEXOS.Cube for robotics solutions and NEXOS.LinDrive for linear motion axes and gantries.
The integrated NEXOS.Digital product division expands our portfolio to include PLC programming, HMI development, Industrial IoT, virtual control systems (SDA), and smart interfaces – for consistent, future-proof automation. As a general contractor or technology partner, we deliver solutions from a single source – mechanically, electrically, and digitally coordinated.

NEXOS.Robotics develops modular robot systems for the automated world of tomorrow – from autonomous mobile platforms and specialized manipulators to its own collaborative robot. The focus is on adaptable, scalable systems that can be flexibly integrated into industrial and logistics applications. Through close collaboration with NEXOS.Works, real-world requirements flow directly into development – for practical robotics solutions that are consistently well thought out from the initial prototype to series-ready integration.

Under the NEXOS.Shop brand, we operate a specialized B2B online marketplace that offers both our own products and components from selected manufacturers.
Our offerings include robot arms, grippers, safety technology, aluminum profiles (NEXOS.Protec), linear systems (NEXOS.LinDrive), controllers, and complete automation modules. Our focus is on ready-to-use, scalable solutions for integrators, machine builders, OEMs, and distributors.

NEXOS.Defence is responsible for the development, integration, and distribution of robust unmanned systems in the defense environment. The portfolio includes operational UGVs such as the ODIN, modular drone systems, additive manufacturing (SLS, FFF, metal), protection technologies, and mobile production units ("Production as a Service").
Our focus is on dual-use compatibility, NATO-compliant interfaces, and reliable hardware and software that functions even under extreme conditions. Target customers are defense authorities, public safety agencies, industrial partners, and international organizations.

NEXOS.Ventures is our strategic innovation arm. Its goal is to identify, support, and actively develop high-potential startups and technologies at an early stage. The focus is on future-oriented fields such as robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor technology, edge computing, software-defined automation, and defense technology. In addition to capital, NEXOS.Ventures also offers access to expertise, test environments, industrial infrastructure, and an international network of technology partners and research institutions.
